Coaching for Educators

As Educators, recognizing and accommodating neurodivergent students requires flexibility and a commitment to differentiated instruction. Here at Guiding Light we coach educators on different strategies of learning approach.

CPI Training

Crisis Prevention Training is a proactive approach designed to equip educators, staff, and caregivers with the skills and strategies needed to effectively manage and de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Guiding Light's training focuses on recognizing early warning signs of distress, understanding the underlying causes of behaviour, and implementing de-escalation techniques to prevent crisis sistuations from escalating.
